Before You Book
- Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes prior to departure. The tour will depart on time. No refund will be issued for participants who are late or fail to arrive at the meeting point by the specified time.
- Subject to the opening hours of the ski resort, the start and end dates of this product may be adjusted according to the ski season. The location of the sledding experience center may also be changed based on local on-site conditions.
- All ski itineraries include basic ski lessons. If you choose not to join the ski lessons, it will be regarded as voluntary forfeiture of the course, and no compensation or refund can be claimed on this ground.
- Vehicles will be arranged according to the final number of registered participants. If you need to bring luggage, please contact customer service in advance after booking for confirmation.
- Please note that the tour guide will not enter the scenic area together with you.
- Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident insurance and/or travel insurance before joining the activity.
- Photos are for reference only. Actual service content shall be subject to the services provided on site.
- Please carry your passport and valuables with you and keep them safe throughout the trip. Any loss, theft or damage shall be borne by yourself.
- The tour guide will contact you via your reserved messenger app one day before departure. Please provide your WhatsApp / WeChat / LINE ID or contact phone number at the time of booking, and ensure the account/number is reachable.
- Ski equipment must be worn to enter the ski resort. Infants and children not participating in skiing will not be allowed to enter the ski resort without ski equipment.
- Shared transfer will be arranged for ski / snowboard / sledding tour groups.
- Size of children’s ski equipment: minimum foot length 15CM. Maximum foot length for adult ski equipment: 30CM.
- The sequence of itinerary may be adjusted according to local weather and traffic conditions.
- One ski instructor can teach up to 20 participants at most.
- Ski lessons will be conducted on flat ground within the ski resort. Instructors will not accompany participants onto ski slopes for teaching.
- After booking confirmation, please open the Mobile Voucher in your email or APP and present it on site.
