Not Included
- 1. Lunch (pay by card or cash)
- 2. Rentals: ski helmets, goggles, hip protectors, etc. (20,000 KRW each on site). You need to buy: gloves, socks, masks, neck warmers, etc. (20,000–35,000 KRW each depending on the item)
- 3. Locker (1,000 KRW)
- 4. Personal travel insurance (recommended to get in advance)
Before You Book
- 1. Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes before departure. The tour will depart on time. No refund will be provided for participants who arrive late or fail to arrive at the meeting point by the designated time.
- 2. Depending on the ski resort’s operating schedule, the start and end dates of this product may be adjusted according to the ski season. The location of the sledding experience center may also be changed depending on local conditions.
- 3. All ski tours include a basic ski lesson. If you choose not to participate in the ski lesson, it will be considered a voluntary waiver of the lesson, and no compensation or refund can be requested on this basis.
- 4. Vehicles will be arranged according to the final number of participants. If you plan to bring luggage, please contact customer service in advance after booking to confirm whether it can be accommodated.
- 5. Please note that the guide will not accompany participants inside the attraction or ski resort.
- 6. Although travel insurance is not mandatory, we recommend purchasing accident insurance and/or travel insurance before participating in the activity.
- 7. Photos are for reference only. The actual product content and services provided are subject to the on-site arrangements.
- 8. Please carry your passport and valuables with you throughout the tour and keep them safe. Any loss, theft, or damage will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
- 9. The guide will contact you via the communication method provided one day before departure. When making your reservation, please provide your WhatsApp/WeChat or LINE ID, or a reachable phone number, and make sure the account/number can be contacted normally.
- 10. Ski equipment must be worn to enter the ski resort. Infants and children who do not participate in skiing will not be allowed to enter the ski resort if they are not wearing ski equipment.
- 11. Skiing / snowboarding / sledding experience tours will be operated using shared transportation.
- 12. Children’s ski equipment is available for a minimum foot length of 15 cm. Adult ski equipment is available for a maximum foot length of 30 cm. Measurements are based on the actual length of the sole of the foot.
- 13. The order of the itinerary may be adjusted depending on local weather and traffic conditions.
- 14. Each ski instructor can teach a maximum of 20 participants.
- 15. Ski lessons will be conducted in a flat area within the ski resort. Ski instructors will not accompany participants onto the ski slopes for instruction.
- 16. After your booking is confirmed, please open the electronic voucher (Mobile Voucher) in your email or app and present it on site.
