- Single room supplement, including additional charges for single occupancy due to an odd number of male/female travelers or at the guest’s request
- Vehicle overtime charges, parking fees, tolls, and excess baggage, handling, or storage fees

Before You Book
- 1. Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The tour will depart on time. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or guests who fail to arrive at the meeting point by the designated departure time.
- 2. The operating dates of this product may be adjusted according to the ski season and the ski resort's operating schedule. The location of the sledding experience center may also be changed depending on local conditions.
- 3. Basic ski lessons are included in all ski packages. If you choose not to participate in the ski lesson, it will be considered a voluntary waiver of the lesson. No refund or compensation will be provided on this basis.
- 4. Vehicles will be arranged according to the final number of participants. If you plan to bring luggage, please contact customer service in advance after booking to confirm whether it can be accommodated.
- 5. Please note that the guide will not accompany you inside the attraction or ski resort.
- 6. Although travel insurance is not mandatory, we recommend purchasing accident and/or travel insurance before participating in the activity.
- 7. The images are for reference only. The actual product and services provided may vary depending on on-site conditions.
- 8. Please keep your passport and valuables with you throughout the trip and take good care of them. Any loss, theft, or damage will be the participant's own responsibility.
- 9. The guide will contact you one day before departure through the communication platform you provided. Please provide your WhatsApp, WeChat, or LINE ID, or a reachable phone number when making your booking, and make sure the account or number can be contacted normally.
- 10. Ski equipment must be worn to enter the ski resort. Infants and children who do not participate in skiing must also wear ski equipment to enter the ski resort.
- 11. Skiing, snowboarding, and sledding tours will use shared transportation with other participants.
- 12. Children's ski equipment is available for feet measuring at least 15 cm in length, while adult ski equipment is available for feet measuring up to 30 cm in length.
- 13. The itinerary and order of activities may be adjusted depending on local weather and traffic conditions.
- 14. Each ski instructor can teach a maximum of 20 participants.
- 15. Ski lessons are conducted in a flat area within the ski resort. Ski instructors will not accompany participants onto the ski slopes for lessons.
- 16. Once your booking is confirmed, please open the Mobile Voucher in your email or app and present it at the meeting point.
